Claim, correct or remove your creator profile
Brands use Branvoya to find creators. If you are listed, you can ask us to mark the profile as yours, change a fact that is wrong, or take you off the list. You do not need an account, and you do not need to give a reason to be removed.
What we hold about you
We list public professional information about adults who run public accounts: your name, the handles and public follower counts of your accounts, your country or city, and the topics and languages of your content. Every fact on a profile shows where it came from and the date it was true. We do not hold private contact details, and we do not list anyone under 18.
How we check that it is you
We check requests by hand. For a claim or a removal we will ask you to put a short code in the public bio of the account, or to reply from a business address published on the account. Until we have checked a claim or a correction, nothing about the profile changes. A removal is different. We hide your profile as soon as we receive the request, then check it.
Send a request
- Claim: we mark the profile as shared by you, so brands see that you stand behind it.
- Correct: we record the change you ask for as a new, dated value once we have checked it. We never change a fact without checking.
- Remove: We hide your profile as soon as we receive the request, then check it. Once we have checked it is you, we erase the profile, stop anyone contacting you through Branvoya, and keep only a record that you asked. If the request turns out not to be yours, we may show the profile again.
What happens next
- We answer by email, the same way whether or not we hold a profile for that account, so this page cannot be used to look people up.
- We write to you within 30 days at the latest, and usually within 7.
- We use your email only to answer this request. We keep the request and our answer so that we can show what we did.
