What happens when my credits run out?

Generation stops and you are told so. Nothing continues in the background at an extra charge. Credits renew at the start of the next month. Buying extra credits is not available yet; contact us.

What does bring-your-own AI account mean?

You connect your own AI account. That provider bills you directly, included credits are not used, and Branvoya never switches silently to managed credits. You still pay for Branvoya's workflow and media infrastructure, at a lower platform fee.

Do retries count as extra publications?

No. A publication counts once, when it succeeds. Generation attempts and media processing are metered separately, and failed or rejected drafts cost nothing.

How credits work

Credits pay for AI generation, such as drafts and images. Publications and seats are flat parts of a plan and are not blended into the credit number.
Before a generation runs you see the most it can use. Any unused part is returned, and failed or rejected drafts cost nothing.
A publication counts once, when it succeeds. Retries do not count as extra publications.
