From your idea to your audience, in steps you control
Branvoya follows one plain workflow: create, adapt, review, publish and measure. Here is what happens, and what a person decides, at each step.
The workflow
- Create. Start with a text brief, a finished video or an existing article. Facts you give are used as written. Videos you upload are checked for type, size and length before anything is analysed.
- Adapt. You get a small set of drafts for the channels you choose, each tied to what was in your source, rather than a long list of near-copies.
- Review. Edit the drafts and check flagged claims. Someone with approval rights approves them. Saving a change after approval moves the item back to draft and clears the approval.
- Publish. Approved items are queued to the channels connected for your workspace (connections are added one at a time). Each channel reports its own outcome, and you can pause publishing for a workspace at any time.
- Measure. Results show numbers that come from real data. Where a number is not available, the page says Unavailable instead of estimating one.
Costs are visible before they happen
Before a generation runs you see the most it can use. Any unused part is returned, and failed or rejected drafts cost nothing. If included credits run out, generation stops and tells you so. The details are on the pricing page.
What no tool can promise
- Reach, followers or sales. Channels decide what they show.
- That every channel is connected on day one. Connections are added and checked one at a time, and each has its own rules and review requirements.
- That a caption fits forever. Channel limits change, which is why our reference tables show a review date. Try the free caption check.
