Every brand, with room to be itself.

For small marketing teams, multi-product founders and agencies who switch between brands, assets and approvals all day. Branvoya keeps each brand's identity and channels separate while you work from one workspace.

Separate where it matters

An organisation owns the data. A brand owns an identity and its connected channels. Billing is its own account. Keeping these apart means a brand's voice, channels and approved content are not mixed with another brand's.

Brands

Content belongs to one brand, and a brand can carry its own voice and claims rules. In a workspace with several brands you pick the brand when you create a draft. There is no workspace-wide brand switcher yet.

Approvals

People with approval rights review drafts on the review page. Nothing is published until a person has approved that exact version.

Agency access

Delegated access for agencies exists in the data model and the API, and a delegation can be revoked without deleting the client's data. There is no screen for it yet, so today it is set up by us on request.

Costs

Generation costs are shown before they run and tracked per workspace, so there are no surprises at the end of the month.

A product update, end to end

  1. Write or upload the update once.
  2. Get channel versions for each brand that should announce it.
  3. Reviewers approve, or ask for changes with a reason.
  4. Approved items are queued. If a channel needs reconnecting, the item says so instead of failing quietly.

What we are still validating

  • Whether the workflow removes bespoke setup for each new client or brand. This is a hypothesis we are testing with early-access teams.
  • Prices and allowances. See the proposed plans and how credits work on the pricing page.
  • Which channels can publish for real. No channel can be connected from the product yet, so we do not claim that publishing works anywhere; the Help page lists what works today.

Details are on the pricing page and in how it works.
